Terms of Service

Asymptote Tutoring provides math tutoring led by Krishna, online and in person across Mississauga and Oakville. A parent or guardian must make the booking for a student under 18.

Paid sessions and packages are paid upfront. Package hours are for the student named at purchase.

Sessions may be recorded for teaching and progress notes, and recordings may be shared with the email address given at booking. By booking, you consent to this on behalf of the student.

Tutoring supports a student's learning. Specific grades or results are not guaranteed.

Package hours are valid for 4 months from the date of purchase. Extensions may be granted at my discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

For package sessions, cancel at least 24 hours before and the hour goes back to your package. Cancellations within 24 hours use up the hour.

If I need to cancel a session, you'll get a full refund.

Unused package hours can be refunded before they expire. Hours already used, including late cancellations, are charged at the single-session rate ($60 high school, $70 university), and the rest of what you paid is refunded.
