The process

How it works

Every program follows the same four steps.

  1. 1

    Diagnostic session

We start with a paid diagnostic to find exactly where the gaps are and agree on clear, measurable goals.

  2. 2

    A written plan

You get a plan built around the diagnostic: the topics to cover, in what order, and the milestones we're aiming for.

  3. 3

    Structured sessions

Weekly sessions that follow the plan, with targeted practice between them and focused preparation before tests and exams.

  4. 4

    Progress reports

Regular updates for parents (or for you, if you're the student) on what's been covered, what's improved and what's next.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Are sessions online or in person?

Mostly online, with in-person sessions available in Mississauga and Oakville. We can talk about what works best for you during the diagnostic.

Why do you start with a paid diagnostic session?

Because good tutoring starts with knowing exactly what to fix. The diagnostic identifies the specific gaps, sets measurable goals and gives you a plan, so every session after it is spent on what matters.

Which courses and curricula do you cover?

Ontario Grade 12 Advanced Functions (MHF4U) and Calculus & Vectors (MCV4U), IB Mathematics, AP Calculus, the Waterloo Euclid contest, and university calculus, linear algebra and statistics.

Do you offer single sessions?

Yes. Single 1-on-1 sessions are $60 for high school and $70 for university. Packages of 4, 8 or 12 hours bring the hourly rate down.

How long is each session?

One hour, for both 1-on-1 and group sessions.

How do parents stay informed?

Parents receive regular progress reports covering what we've worked on, how it's going and what comes next.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. If I need to cancel, you'll get a full refund.
